If you are not sure about the route, please state "estimated quantity, whether it is transparent/soft glue, appearance grade, whether assembly is required" in the remarks, and the engineer will directly recommend the most economical/stable solution.

Vacuum casting is very suitable for low-volume pilot production, and the common order range is 10–100 pieces.

• Typical lifespan of a single set of silicone molds: about 10–25 pieces/mold (related to structural complexity, demoulding difficulty, and material type)
• Need larger quantities: multiple sets of silicone molds can be opened for parallel production to shorten the total delivery time

If the part has structures such as undercuts, deep cavities, and thin walls, we will give suggestions on "parting/number of mold openings/estimated mold life" during the evaluation.

The dimensional performance of the vacuum replica mold will be comprehensively affected by "prototype accuracy + silicone mold shrinkage + pouring material shrinkage".

• Typical dimensional accuracy reference: ±0.1–0.2 mm (varies with size and structure)
• Surface effect: The surface texture of the prototype can be reproduced, and the appearance can be close to that of injection molded parts.
• Key assembly dimensions: It is recommended to use 2D drawing markings, and we will confirm and compensate for the strategy separately.

If you have very high requirements for appearance/assembly, it is recommended to provide "appearance surface definition, assembly datum, and critical dimension tolerance" at the same time for more stable process control.

Commonly used for vacuum casting is "polyurethane (PU) casting material", which can achieve a variety of performance simulations:

• Imitation ABS/Imitation PC: general shell parts and structural parts
• Transparent/translucent: lampshades, observation windows, etc. (can be used with polishing/spraying to enhance appearance)
• Soft rubber (TPU-like/rubber feel): buttons, sheaths, sealing parts
• Reinforcement/temperature resistance/flame retardant, etc.: evaluated based on project requirements and available materials

Different materials have a great impact on "color, hardness, transparency, temperature resistance, and strength." When uploading, specifying the target attributes (such as "Shore hardness/whether it is transparent/temperature resistance requirements") will match the solution faster.

The delivery time usually consists of "prototype production → silicone mold opening → pouring production → post-processing", which is strongly related to quantity/complexity.

• Common reference for small batches: approximately 5–10 working days (depending on project evaluation)
• Large quantity: the cycle can be shortened by running multiple sets of silicone molds in parallel
• Expedited support: Please note the expected delivery date, and we will evaluate the production schedule and feasible process paths.

If you have an exhibition/trial assembly/customer delivery node, it is recommended to write down the "latest arrival time + receiving city" in the remarks, and we will provide a more stable delivery plan.

Yes. We will conduct a process feasibility review before replicating the mold. Common suggestions include:

• Parting line and demoulding direction recommendations (to avoid strain and deformation)
• Risk warning and optimization plan for thin-walled/deep cavity/undercut structures
• Gate location, exhaust and bubble risk control recommendations
• Key points for controlling key appearance and assembly surfaces (it is recommended to confirm with samples first if necessary)

We will not modify the design without authorization, and all adjustment suggestions will be implemented after your confirmation.

Common risk points in vacuum casting mainly come from structural and appearance requirements:

• Deep cavities, blind holes, slender and thin walls: more prone to bubbles/material shortage/deformation
• Large-area plane and high-gloss appearance: higher requirements on molds and post-processing
• Undercut and complex demoulding: it may be necessary to separate parts/change the parting or add auxiliary structures

We will reduce risks through process design and process control:

• Optimize pouring and exhaust paths, control vacuum degassing and curing windows
• Shrinkage compensation and inspection planning for critical dimensions
• If necessary, it is recommended to make 1-2 samples to confirm the appearance and assembly.

If you have clear standards for appearance grade (such as "high gloss/no orange peel/no flow marks"), please indicate the target effect and reference sample in the remarks.
